📌 NFT | NFT marketplace Magic Eden airdrops ME (Dec 10)
Magic Eden finally launched the token on the 10th Dec, alongside an impressive number of listings across several tier one and tier two centralized exchanges. Two hours after launch, ME has cratered to a $581 million market cap, down 60% from $1.48 billion.
📌 NFT | NFTs continue to soar led by Pudgy Penguins (Dec 12)
Many Ethereum-based NFT collections saw significant gains last week, with Doodles surging 68% to 4.2 ETH, reaching a new local high. Azuki rose 33%, while its associated collections, Elementals and Beanz, climbed 47% and 55%, respectively.
Notably, Pudgy Penguins surpassed 30ETH ahead of $PENGU.
Market Update 📣
Last week, the primary NFT PFP projects that saw significant sales included Milady, Pudgy Penguins, and Azuki. These collections are famous for their charming characters and distinctive designs, which make them very popular in NFT market.
Fidenza, Skulls of Luci and Chromie Squiggles stood out as the main NFT Art projects sold last week. Two Skulls of Luci NFTs were hacked and subsequently sold by the hacker at a price significantly below the floor price.

Memecoin Market Cap and Volume 🔑
Last week, the daily market cap for memecoins fluctuated between $137.06 billion and $35.5 billion, settling at $117.53 billion on 15th December.
Weekly trading volume came to around $ 170 billion, marking a 15% decrease from the previous week.
